New program to explore ocean tech opportunities for young women

COVE partners with Ignite Labs, Dalhousie University’s Emera IDEAhub and DeepSense, and the Nova Scotia Dept. of Education to launch a program to attract more young women to ocean technology and marine industries. The Exploring Opportunities in Ocean Tech for Young Women program is intended for students in grades 10 to 12, across Nova Scotia. IBM Canada and Engineers Nova Scotia helped support the program.
