2022 Ocean Startup Challenge Application

We are looking for diverse innovators and entrepreneurs from rural, Indigenous and urban communities across Canada – and around the world – who are passionate about building sustainable, ocean-focused solutions for the third intake of its Ocean Startup Challenge.

Do you have an idea for, or an early stage ocean technology company with huge market potential? Submit your application before the September 1, 2022 deadline. Remember, you cannot save your application and return to this page, so we recommend answering the questions from the Information Kit (English version/French version) on a Word or Google document, then copying/pasting your answers when you’re ready.
